Our neighbors had a little girl, Presley, the 6th of July. So on Sunday we got the girls together for their first play date. We took several pictures but these are the only two where someone wasn't crying or squirming.
An update on the sleeping. We moved Esther out of our room on Monday night and put her in the guest bedroom, since the nursery is still not done, and she has been sleeping so much better. She now has no problem sleeping in her own bed.

Yeah for good sleeping--that always makes a huge difference for everyone! Looks like the first play date was dramatic--but then again, a lot of them are--even when they get older!
CONGRATULATIONS!! I'm coming into this a little late and I found your blog through my Dad's (and then your Dad's) of all places! You look fabulous and being a mother takes a lot of getting used to no matter haw many you have. Enjoy the sleep and it is so good to see you on here!
